Your subscription confirmation page must, like this one, at least thank the person and confirm that they are now subscribed. However, there is nothing that says that you cannot use the page to do more.

In fact, you would be missing out on a perfect opportunity if you failed to reinforce your main message on your confirmation page. For example, you could draw attention to your books, your social media accounts, or your blog. What you draw attention to depends on what you want to promote the most.
